Q1. Invoices and Packaging Label?

Our Parcels have only “” as our company name. Invoice is also sent along with the parcel, for your records.

Q2. Received an item different to what you ordered?

We are extremely sorry for any genuine errors in dispatch. Although these cases are extremely rare, we are real humans 🙂

We will do our best to fix this up for you quickly, at our cost. Please email at [email protected] with as much information about your order and the incorrect product received as possible, and we will sort things out for you right away.

Q3. What are the Delivery Guidelines?

Over 90% of orders are shipped by within 2 to 3 working days.

However, if your order has still not arrived after more than a week after placing the order, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] and quote your Order Number for follow-up.
